As per the announcement in the picture below, miscellaneous fee payments shall be due on the last day of every month.
For example, if you have reserved on March 17, 2021, your next due dates for miscellaneous fee payments are April 30, May 31, June 30, 2021 and so on.
If you miss paying for your April payment by April 30, 2021, you will be charged a penalty worth 5% of your April payment on your next Statement of Account, which will be released every 7th of the month, which in this example is May 7, 2021.
If you fail to pay for your miscellaneous fees on May 30, 2021, you will be charged 5% TWICE for your April payment and 5% ONCE for your May Payment.
This will be reflected on your next Statement of Accounts, which in this example, is June 7, 2021.
We hope this example makes our new system clear to you. Again, this shall be implemented on May 8, 2021.
