MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
There are a lot of things that can happen in 16 years, but never in our wildest dreams did we think that we would ever find ourselves here, 16 years later, since Lynville’s early days back in 2005. It is with great pride and excitement that we celebrate Lynville Land Development Corporation’s 16th year anniversary on May 2021.
Our humble beginnings were as humble as they could be: a very small rented unit in the town of Sta. Cruz to house our operations which composed of only 5 employees that already included myself, the President & CEO of then Lynville Realty and Development Corporation, a name that absolutely no one has heard of. The team of 5 were talented multitaskers, given that each person had no defined task. The objective was simple: sell houses, then build the community. To much of our surprise, it wasn’t so simple after all. The first objective of selling houses proved to be challenging. I remember visiting schools and factories where I discussed the benefits of buying a home in Lynville Sta. Cruz. They were more interested in the food we served rather than what I was trying to say. It took one whole year before we finally made our first sale. And that was thanks to our good friend, Mr. Homer Mercado, owner of HM Transport Inc., who bought 70 units for his drivers and conductors.
The final objective was also simple: finish the project in Sta. Cruz then pack our bags and go back to New Zealand to continue raising my family there. But God had bigger plans for us. The expansion was so exponential that our next problem was no longer how to grow but rather, how to keep up with the growth. Many years later, both my son, Mikko, and my daughter, Cookie, finally joined the team to help sustain the growth as well to professionalize our operations.
Lynville’s first development project in Sta. Cruz, consisted of 350 number of houses. Since then, we expanded our developments to other provinces in Laguna, Batangas and Cavite. 15 Years later, we made our come back to our home, Sta. Cruz Laguna and launched two new projects namely: Lynville Sta. Cruz located in Barangay San Juan and Lynville Diamond, located in Barangay Gatid. Both housing a total of 2,387 houses. Some might ask, why diamond? Because the 16th year of Lynville also happens to be the 76th birthday of our namesake, Ms. Evelyn Villena Padua, whose guidance and generosity has paved the way for our success for all of our 16 years of operations.
A lot has changed in the past 16 years. With 14 ongoing project developments across the Calabarzon Region, 8 Sales Branch Offices, a new building in Calamba City to house our operations which now consist of over 190 employees, Lynville Land Development Corporation’s objectives have remained the same: Making every Filipino’s dream of owning a home, possible. As we embark on our next 15 years, we are filled with excitement for what’s to come not just for Lynville, but for all of Lynville’s constituents, business partners, suppliers, contractors, brokers and agents, clients, and employees. Our goal is to grow, face all challenges head on, and experience success, together. We look forward to strengthening our commitment to building the Filipino dream with the help of our Founder and my father, Mr. Honorato G. Padua, who has been the backbone of our success since the very beginning. On behalf of our Founder, the Board of Directors, as well as the rest of the workforce of the Lynville Group, we thank all those who have shared their unwavering support in the last 16 years.
