- Contact your nearest branch or the branch you would like to reserve a house from and ask for an electronic copy of the updated map, pricelists, and pictures of our house models. You may also visit the website and check out the unit specs and pictures. - Once you’ve chosen your model/unit of choice, send the Lynville Sales Staff that you are speaking to a soft copy of your 2 valid id’s and one proof of income, and a fully filled out buyer’s information sheet and a reservation agreement/offer to buy (certain fields will already be pre-filled by our sales staff)
- You may deposit the reservation fee of Php6,000 in our BDO or Metrobank accounts:
