We build houses whether or not they have been purchased. You may purchase a house that can best suit your required move-in date. 

We have abot-kaya monthly amortizations.  We have affordable miscellaneous payment brought about by the fact that we are Pag-IBIG accredited. Which means you can enjoy lower interest rates.

May 2005 – Lynville was born. This is the beginning of our journey of changing lives one family at a time, by helping them make the dream to own a home possible. We started in Bagumbayan, Santa Cruz Laguna. Our doors opened in a little, one room office in Callios, Santa Cruz, Laguna. Up until today, we continue to provide quality affordable homes in Santa Cruz, Laguna, with newer projects located in the barangays of Gatid and San Juan.
2012
SAN PABLO & ALAMINOS
SAN PABLO & ALAMINOS
September 2012 – Lynville opened its doors to the San Pablo and Alaminos Area. This is our first venture outside of Santa Cruz Laguna. We also moved our head office to San Benito, Alaminos, Laguna, which is a border barangay between Alaminos and San Pablo. Both towns became our home for the next 6 years. We opened multiple projects in San Pablo, and one in Alaminos. Up until today, we continue to provide quality affordable homes in the barangays of San Nicolas and San Marcos in San Pablo city.
2015
LIPA, BATANGAS
LIPA, BATANGAS
November 2015 – Lynville opened its first project in the province of Batangas, located in Barangay Latag, Lipa City. This was the gate way to numerous other projects in the province of Batangas, which includes two in Malvar, one in Bauan, one in Lemery, and a new project in Lipa City, which opened in 2017.

April 2016 – Lynville was awarded Pag-IBIG’s number one developer in Southern Tagalog for 2015. This continued on for the years of 2016, 2017, and now 2019.

October 2017 – Lynville opened its first project in the province of Cavite, located in Barangay Halayhay, Tanza, Cavite.

LYNVILLE BUILDING

April 2018 – Lynville finally moved to its own 4-storey building in Real, Calamba, opening the lower floors for office space rentals. Finally, Lynville has stepped up and fulfilled its own marketing slogan – “Why Rent If You Can Own!”

CHALLENGING TIMES
STAYING STRONG BY HELPING THE COMMUNITY
The year 2020 has brought the biggest challenges not just to the Philippines, but to the whole world. It all began with a bang - the Taal Volcano Explosion. Lynville sprung to action and provided its residents in the Batangas Area, as well as its project in San Nicolas, San Pablo City, with relief goods. Lynville also assisted residents whose houses were affected by the explosion (especially in Lynville Lemery) by assisting them with their insurance claims. When the COVID-19 Global Pandemic hit the Philippines, Lynville moved fast and implemented work-from-home systems and safety protocols in various buildings and sites almost immediately after the first ECQ lockdown. Lynville provided its employees with adequate financial and logistical assistance and continued its operations. Lynville immediately adopted more sophisticated digital marketing methods and online reservation systems. Lynville not just survived 2020 - it thrived in 2020. Lynville became Pag-IBIG’s Top 10 developer nationwide for the year 2020!
