In light of the recently implemented Enhanced Community Quarantine for the entire island of Luzon, no warning letters shall be sent between March 15, 2020 to April 21, 2020. All forfeiture activities shall be postponed until April 21, 2020. However, non compliance to previously sent warning letters by April 22, 2020 will lead to the forfeiture of all their reservation and miscellaneous fees in favor of Lynville Land Development Corp, We have chosen April 21, 2020 as our due date so that all clients have at least 6 days to comply after the community quarantine has ended.
This policy may change based on new policies that the government may impose.
