Lynville management would like to announce that all submeter electric bills will be given on the 30th day of the month, which will be due on the 7th day of the next month. This will be slipped under your door or given to you directly if you happen to be available. Failure to pay on the 7th day of the next month will lead to a disconnection of your submeter. If you do not receive your bill on the 30th, please follow this up with a Lynville site or branch representative.
Because of the volume of submeter electric bills, we may not be able to assist you with your repairs until the distribution of submeter electric bills are completed. We can not accept move-in schedules on the 30th of every month also.
Also, all electric bonds availed from April 16, 2021 onwards shall be P5,000 across all units so that every homeowner will be paying the same price regardless of their model.
